Los Angeles Lakers Ready To Offer Monster Anthony Davis Trade Package

It may be winter, but things are getting really hot in Los Angeles. The Los Angeles Lakers are getting ready for a huge move, and it involves Anthony Davis. The basketball star has already informed his team about his departure. LA is ready to create a “monster” trade package to get him.

The Lakers are living their dream at the moment, and reports confirm they are ready to give up on anything to land Davis. Yes, this includes a monster trade package.

NBA insider Steve Kyler reported that LA will not mess around now that the New Orleans Pelicans are paying attention. Will LA mess around when it comes to signing Davis? I don’t think so.

“There is a belief that the Pelicans could have their choice of three of the Lakers’ young guys to make a Davis deal before next Thursday.”

Sources close to the team say that the Lakers will come forward with a monster offer for Davis, and it could involve every player on their current roster. LeBron James is the only player to be “safe” at the moment.

LA to create monster trade package

The Lakers have probably picked three young players that will have to go before the February 7 deadline.

“Hearing from sources if Lakers want Anthony Davis, who has requested a trade, LA has to start the deal with Lonzo Ball, Kyle Kuzma, Ivica Zubac, No. 1 pick,” Brad Turner tweeted.

The New Orleans Pelicans can make things difficult for LA. Magic Johnson will sure not force them to give up on Davis and accept the trade package. However, they can sure make it attractive. Lonzo Ball, Kyle Kuzma, Ivica Zubac and a first-round pick are among the names of players that will have to leave LA.

The Pelicans will have hard time parting ways with their star player. But, getting four talented players? That’s awesome!
