Watch: Bill Belichick Releases Epic Statement Right After Winning The Super Bowl LIII

The New England Patriots won Super Bowl LIII, and this was enough for everyone to talk stupid things about Tom Brady’s age or lack of performance. Brady was not the only target this season, but this criticism had nothing on his quality on the field. Head coach Bill Belichick never said a word about his guys. He was only commenting on all the things they should work on.

Head coach Bill Belichick made sure his word was heard after the game, telling everyone that his team is still here. And yes, here they are today, winning Super Bowl LIII.

The Patriots were considered underdogs, and haters used this to strike even harder. Well, Belichick was fed up with everyone saying how the Kansas City Chiefs and the Saints are much better than his team. But, do these guys know that the Patriots won the Super Bowl playing old-school football? Now they know it.

“I think when you go through a whole year with other people and you’re doing and experiencing the same thing, which we are, we’re all trying to win games and contribute and help the team,” the head coach said recently. “Then you form a bond with individuals and collectively as a group. So, we achieved a very successful moment the other night. I think everybody felt it.”

“I think right now we’re in pretty good shape,” Belichick said of the team. “(Cordarrelle) Patterson wasn’t able to play against the Jets, but hopefully we’ll be able to get him back. I think our overall continuity the last few weeks, of not only the injury report for games but just being able to practice consecutively with players that are going to play in the game gives you better timing and execution, and has helped us that way. We’ll see, but so far, I think we’ll have a full group out there this week at practice.”
