Watch: Julian Edelman Counts The Six Super Bowls With Patriots Fans

Patriots receiver Julian Edelman became the Super Bowl MVP after the Patriots 13-3 win over the Los Angeles Rams in Atlanta. So, he took part in the parade, and stole the show. The receiver counted with the thousands of fans up to six. Yes, he was referring to the six Super Bowl wins.

Winning six Super Bowls? That’s crazy!

Tom Brady is amazed with Jules and the six Super Bowls

“What did I see in Julian?” quarterback Tom Brady said after the win at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. “I mean he just played the best game he has all year. So proud of him (and) what he’s accomplished coming back from his ACL (injury). He just fought it out, grinded it out just like everyone else.

“He always does. He’s a fighter, man, that kid. He’s – I’m just so proud of him. He’s been an incredible player for this team in the playoffs and he just cemented himself, again, in the history of the NFL for what his accomplishments are.”

Edelman was a seventh round receiver that became quarterback in college. Today he is a three-time Super Bowl champion and a Super Bowl MVP.

“It’s hard to [imagine], that’s for sure,” Jules said. “I’m getting to live out a dream so it’s pretty surreal right now. I think everything happens for a reason. I was always taught as a young boy that you always just have to work hard. Work as hard as you can, put in the extra time and we will see where it goes. Worry about what you have on your plate at that time. That’s what I have tried to do.”

Bill Belichick showed some love

“We have a lot of great people in the organization,” head coach Bill Belichick said of the win. “It starts at the top with Robert (Kraft) and his family. He’s given us great support in all the things we need to do to be competitive. Again, we have a great group of players and coaches that work extremely hard to compete the best we can. Happy that things worked out for us this year and we were able to be the best team in football this season. That’s hard to be in this league, but these guys earned it.”
