LeBron James Brings Trade Claim Over NBA Rivals After Lakers Miss Out On Anthony Davis

LeBron James always speaks his mind even if it involves his rivals.

The king of basketball said teams in the NBA Eastern Conference are more confident of going for the title because they do not have to confront him in the playoffs. Well, we do not really know if his rivals will like this.

LeBron brought the Cleveland Cavaliers to the top during his tenure with the team, and they went to the NBA Finals four times. However, the star left Cleveland and signed a deal with the Los Angeles Lakers. King James said that the teams in the East are signing quality players because they think they have a chance to hit the playoffs.

The Philadelphia 76ers are also spicing up their roster, and they traded for Jimmy Butler, Boban Marjanovic and Tobias Harris.

LeBron talked to The Athletic, and said the only reason these teams make changes because he is not part of the East anymore.

“Those top teams in the East, yeah, they’re going for it,” he said. “Toronto is going for it, Milwaukee’s going for it, Philly. Boston believes they can do it, too. They know they ain’t gotta go through Cleveland anymore. Everybody in the East thinks they can get to the Finals because they ain’t gotta go through me.”

Anthony Davis was decided to stay with the New Orleans Pelicans. He was linked to the Lakers, and LeBron said that despite the fact that his team did not get Davis, he is still looking forward to the further development in the East.

“I was excited seeing all the moves they made in the East,” he continued. “Those matchups in the second round, in the Eastern Conference finals, that s*** is gonna be crazy. It’s gonna be fun to watch.”

Who is going next? Maybe LeBron is right about the East.
