Watch: Patriots Players Surprised Special Fans With Amazing Gift

The Patriots nation still celebrates the big win and the sixth Lombardi Trophy Tom Brady and his teammates won. The Patriots are happy for their great success and all the support they were receiving throughout the season. that’s why they decided to visit those who had to watch the game from their hospital bed. Some of the fans had to go through a lot during the Super Bowl week. Safety Duron Harmon and defensive end Deatrich Wise brought the trophy to the Mass General Hospital.

“Well, it’s humbling, obviously, you know, winning the game, winning the Super Bowl is a great feeling and a great honor. A team honor. But at the end of the day, when you see the smiles on these kids’ faces when we walk in just to spend a few moments with them, it beats winning any Super Bowl any day.

“We’re doing something bigger than ourselves, and we gotta use this platform to continue to do it, so when we see those smiles, obviously it’s great for us, but it just lets me know that we’re doing what we’re supposed to be doing”

Fans are important

This may be a lesson for ever player out there. Fans matter, regardless of their religion, sex, political background, nationality or even health condition. Being a football fan means you are ready to be loyal to a group of players who compete other teams in the league.

This is not the first time New England players visit a hospital. Tight end Rob Gronkowski visits the Boston Children’s Hospital regularly. His teammates do that all the time. Patriots never forget about those who cheer and celebrate their success. Bringing some joy to patients is such a nice gesture. Let’s hipe that other players will do the same thing. Someone out there cares about their success, and it would be nice to say ‘thank you.’
