Gronk’s Agent Drew Rosenhaus Makes Bold Statement About Rob Gronkowski’s Future Career

Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski was involved in almost every retirement rumor in 2018, and it seems like he is about to drop a final decision. His agent, Drew Rosenhaus, dropped a hint about his client’s future plans.

According to Rosenhaus, Gronk is doing a lot of thinking, and will probably say the final word within a couple of weeks. Patriots head coach Bill Belichick always tells his players not to make a decision after the Super Bowl, because of all the emotions that run through their bodies.

He’s thinking it through, he’s giving it a lot of thought… I imagine a decision will happen in the next couple of weeks,” Rosenhaus said.

ESPN’s Mike Reis reported that Gronk was seen at Gillette Stadium. He believes the tight end came for treatment, and Tedy Bruschi shares the same opinion.

“It might not mean anything significant as it relates to his career intentions, but with tight end Rob Gronkowski saying he is weighing his football future, he has still shown up at Gillette Stadium multiple times over the past couple of weeks,” Reiss reported. “He also made a visit to Boston Children’s Hospital on Wednesday with his family, spending time with patients and donating $80,000. Though he might be visiting Gillette Stadium simply for treatment of his thigh, I also view his time at the facility as a reflection of his being in a good place with how the season ended, both team-wise and personally. That doesn’t guarantee his return in 2019, but it figures to at least be part of his decision-making process on whether to continue his career.”

Gronk does not really like to talk about his retirement. He enjoys confusing media members with his hilarious answers. The tight end was all about winning the playoff game and the Super Bowl.
