Report: Robert Kraft Charged in Florida Prostitution Sting

The New England Patriots may be champions, but the organization was shaken by a serious scandal. Team owner Robert Kraft is charged with soliciting another to commit prostitution as confirmed by Jupiter Police chief Daniel Kerr.

“Charges have been filed, but he has not been arrested,” Jupiter police spokeswoman Kristin Rightler said of Robert Kraft and his charges on prostitution.

The Patriots owner is one of a hundred men who were involved in the South Florida human trafficking sting, says Martin County Sheriff William Snyder.

Kerr said that the Patriots owner was caught on video on two different occasions committing the acts. There is also an arrest warrant for Kraft. He will be charged with two separate counts of soliciting another to commit prostitution. Kraft is one of the 25 men who were hit with charges in Jupiter.

When asked about the scandal, Kerr said, “We’re as deeply stunned as anyone else.”

“The tentacles of this go from here to New York to China, in Florida from here to Orange County,” Snyder said.

This is a serious problem for the organization. We are still waiting for an official statement from the Kraft family. Scandals of this kind can destroy one’s reputation, but let’s wait for more information before making a conclusion.

“He is one of the individuals. That would be Mr. Robert Kraft,” a top police official said during a press conference. He is being charged with the same offense as the others, and that is soliciting another to commit prostitution. We’re as equally stunned as anyone else.”

Five day spas are targeted as part of the big investigation: Cove Day Spa and Therapy Spa in Stuart, Bridge Day Spa and Sequoia Apple Day Spa in Hobe Sound, and Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter.

The Health Department filed a complaint in July 2018, and that’s what started the whole thing.
