Tom Brady is one of the most competitive people to ever walk on this planet. That’s how he became the GOAT. The Patriots quarterback did his best to tell people how competitive it is. It turns out that Brady is competitive outside the world of football, too. Jordan Spieth knows it best.
Spieth went on “The Dan Patrick Show” and shared his crazy story about Tom Brady and their experience at Augusta National. The PGA Tour golfer experienced the Brady craze, and it was hilarious.
“He made bogey and I made birdie for a two-shot flip on the last,” Spieth said. “And you’re supposed to go in at Augusta and, you know, have lunch, and hang out, and he didn’t say a word to me for like an hour and a half. I mean, the most competitive, like, I feel like I’ve very, very competitive, and he is the most competitive human being I’ve ever met.”
Spieth cannot blame Brady for his competitiveness
Well, athletes cannot be blamed for their competitive nature. But, Brady is a quarterback, and he cannot just get angry at professional golfers after losing a match. It is both funny and encouraging at the same time. Can you imagine Brady’s face after the loss? That man does not like losing. That’s how he became a six-time Super Bowl champion.
If Brady gets this
angry when he loses, imagine the anger that goes in his veins when he loses a
Super Bowl. Luckily, it does not happen that much.
TB12 and his teammates won their sixth Lombardi Trophy in the Super Bowl. The Los Angeles Rams did not have much luck against the GOAT, and Patriots head coach Bill Belichick created the perfect gameplan. New England played some old school football, and the Rams fell for it. Winning a sixth ring sure means a lot, and Brady is ready to win a few more.
