LeBron James Closing In On Incredible Michael Jordan Stat

King James goes up in ranking lists, and he develops into someone who can “defeat” Michael Jordan. Experts suggest that LeBron James may overtake the legends within several weeks.

LeBron scored a total of 32,082 regular season NBA points. Michael Jordan is referred to as the best basketball player of all time, and he has 32,292 points. This stat placed the players fourth and fifth in the all-time list. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Karl Malone and Kobe Bryant are higher on the list.

Steph Curry will turn 31 this year, and he is in the 117th place with 15,750 points.

LeBron averaged over 27 points per game over his 1,182 appearances. He may overtake Michael within eight weeks. How awesome is that?

“It was godly. I’ve said that over and over before, but it was like meeting God for the first time. That’s what I felt like as a 16-year-old kid when I met MJ,” he said of his first meeting with Jordan.

But, the NBA legend likes to criticize the 33-year-old.

“If you have a chance to talk to him, you listen. More people listen to him than listen to the president of the United States. Michael Jordan is the greatest basketball player ever and … if anybody in the world can criticize somebody, it can be Michael Jordan,” LeBron said in 2003. “There’s no way I’m going to get mad at Michael Jordan criticizing me. There’s no way.”

“He’s very talented. But he’s young, and there’s a lot of things he doesn’t know,” the legend said in 2003. “Is he capable? Yes. He has the skills that most 18-year-olds do not have. Now, if you equate that to playing in the league, I think he would be an average player in our league right now with the potential to be a better player.”

Jordan talked about King James in 2013… Sort of

“Why you guys ask me this question? You know this is an ESPN question,” Jordan said. “You know it’s gonna be all over ESPN. If I was in my prime, could I beat LeBron in a one-on-one game? No question!”
