LeBron James Sends Warning to Lakers Teammates As Star Secures NBA All Star Game Victory

LeBron James was leading his team at the All Star game, and they won. Of course. Giannis Antetokounmpo and his team had zero chances against Team LeBron. Yes, they had a nice lead in the first half of the game, but Team LeBron won. This made LeBron come forward with a huge warning for his Lakers teammates.

The Lakers star said he is determined to help the Lakers play at the level they played before his groin strain. Los Angeles is too low in the Western Conference, and the team may even miss the playoffs. Hopefully, LeBron’s Lakers teammates will do things right.

“I feel great, looking forward to the second half of the season. Looking forward to seeing what we can do to get back in the race for the playoffs. That’s my only mindset, that’s the only thing that’s going to have my mental space for the next two months. How I can get this team playing the type of level basketball we were playing before my injury.”

King James used the opportunity to tribute his friend Dwyane Wade who is set to retire at the end of the season.

“It meant everything. Obviously, like I’ve been saying in the last couple of days, it has been a bittersweet moment for me with him. The bitter part is obviously this our last time being on the same floor together and playing a game we love so much. All the memories we have as competitors, team-mates and so on and so on, playing here in the States, playing abroad with Team USA and just doing what we’ve been doing for so many years. And then the sweet part about it is seeing him going off on his own terms, saying when he’s done and nobody has forced him out.”

Wade thanked organizers for having him at the floor.

“We want to thank each and every last one of these players. The game is in great hands. … Thank you guys for this opportunity.”
