Los Angeles Lakers Set Team Record In Win Over Celtics

The Los Angeles Lakers were brilliant. They reminded us of their greatness, and yes, their still have a lot to offer. Veteran Rajon Rondo joined the team’s efforts to defeat the Boston Celtics, and they did it. The Boston Garden was on fire, and this was amazing. The Lakers played against a team that was 9-1 in the last 10 games, and could not get Anthony Davis on the roster. LA fell behind by 18 points only two nights after losing by 42 against the Indiana Pacers. The entire season was awful, but the Lakers came back with a nice win.

LeBron James’ team took the lead off of the third quarter. The fourth quarter was a dance between LeBron James and Kyrie Irving. That’s when the play of the season happened. Well, that’s what experts say. Rondo found the ball after Ingram missed his attempt to seal the game. He had his shot as the buzzer showed zeroes. He did it in the most magnificent way. The Lakers won the game, and the entire team went wild. Players could not believe their eyes. The season was saved for that night. This was the most brilliant win LA had this season. It was a team record.

LA sets team record

One of the best things was probably the fact that the Lakers set a team record.

“The Lakers, who stocked up on 3-point shooting at the trade deadline, came out and set an all-time franchise record for 3s made in a game tonight with 22, while they’re waiting on Reggie Bullock’s and Mike Muscala’s arrivals. It’s been a wacky season in Laker Land, folks,” Dave McMenamin tweeted.

The Lakers did a really good job in their shooting, and it seems like something needed to take that potential out. This franchise record says it all, and yes, it was a team effort. Good job, Lakers!
