LeBron James returned to the floor, and it seems like he is fully recovered from the groin injury he suffered on Christmas Day. Initial reports suggested that LeBron came to the floor with a few extra pounds. Well, he and his team won the All-Star Game, so he is definitely feeling great. The king himself said he feels great, but the team is concerned about his health.
King James could not watch his team lose games, and there are so man questions fans ask. Did he return too soon? Maybe he could not just let things go and risk to lose everything he created before the injury. Some say he returned at the same moment doctors said he was great. His health is great, too.
Guess what Joe Vardon of The Athletic reported.
“The Lakers are privately a little concerned about LeBron. Is he fully healed from the groin strain that cost him a career-worst 18 games? Is he going to pick up his intensity and propel this team back into the playoffs, as he did last year in Cleveland?”
LeBron’s health is great
Let’s not forget that LeBron said he feels great. He made the statement right after defeating Team Giannis in Charlotte. There is no reason for fans and the front office to panic. LeBron is LeBron, and he showed that past Sunday. Why would he return to the floor if he is not fully recovered?
“I feel great. I feel great. I’m looking forward to the second half of the season. I’m looking forward to seeing what we can do to get back in this playoff race. That’s my only mindset. That’s the only thing that’s going to have my mental space for the next two months. How I can get this team playing the type of level of basketball we were playing before my injury.”
