Rob Gronkowski Had Heartwarming Homecoming Surprise From Neighborhood Kids

Rob Gronkowski had the perfect homecoming surprise thanks to his neighborhood kids.

The Patriots tight end has an important contribution in the 13-3 win over the Los Angeles Rams. Everybody likes Gronk, and he is the star of his neighborhood.

Pats returned to their hometown, and the Patriots nation praised the players who won anothe Lombardi Trophy.

Gronk did not have the best season, and he even missed a few games due to his injuries. But, he was excellent in the final game, and that’s the only thing that matters. The tight end is not even interested in being in the spotlight.

“It was the most satisfying year I’ve been a part of, how we came together, the obstacles we had to overcome, the grind from the beginning of training camp until now,” Gronk said. “Just surreal. It was [a microcosm of] life; we went through life this year, and that’s what life is about — sticking together, and keep on going. That’s what we did.”

“It was life, we went through life this year. We stuck together, and that’s what it’s all about in life, sticking together. We just kept grinding. We kept sticking together, we stuck together as a family when we’re up, and we stuck together when we were down — and that’s the most crucial part, we stuck together on the downers. And we stuck together and came through and came out with this win.”

He will have to answer a few questions about his future plans, but was definitely not in the mood to talk about it. The team is celebrating now, and retirement is the last thing that pops in Gronk’s mind.

“You know, I haven’t thought about that decision at all,” Gronkowski said Sunday night after being able to haul in six catches for 87. “Tonight’s the night to celebrate with my team and in the future, that will … you know, that will be decided in a few weeks or so.”
