Watch: LeBron James Skies For Incredible Alley-Oop From Rondo

The Los Angeles Lakers are playing the Phoenix Suns, and things are getting really hot. Rajon Rondo does not have much time to justify his spot in the team’s rotation. Lonzo Ball will come back, and the veteran will lose some of his minutes on the floor. The young Ball is a better defender, rebounder, passer and scorer thank him. Rondo will have to try really hard to retain his playing time. Some say that this alley-oop will probably help him.

The Lakers need to win the game, and the Suns came at the perfect moment. The rest of the season willbe reslly tough, and this game was some sort of a break for the team. The Milwaukee Bucks were a big bite to swallow, and the Lakers had a drop in their performance in the second half. Phoenix is 12-51 in the season, and this says it all.

Maybe the Lakers got too comfortable with weak squads. This results in losses. Remember what happened in the game against the Memphis Grizzlies and New Orleans Pelicans? If Los Angeles fails to defeat the Suns, they better stop hoping for a spot in the playoffs. Simple as that.

LeBron has warned his teammates to pull themselves together and pay more attention to the game. He left the last game before the final buzzer. That guy is not used to lose games.

“We had our chances,” he said. “We had our chances, but we broke down individually down the stretch defensively. Too many breakdowns, one-on-one breakdowns, and Bled he brought ’em home.

“It’s win or lose, that’s it. Obviously you want to build, but it’s win or lose in that particular moment. I’m a guy who lives in the present. So we have to be great tomorrow against Phoenix. We can’t say, ‘OK, we were great for 3 1/2 quarters against Milwaukee.’… We have to be great against Phoenix and hit the restart button.”
