Watch: LeBron Makes Huge Admission About Rest Of The Season

The Los Angeles Clippers defeated the Lakers on Monday, and 113-105 was the last result LeBron and his teammates hoped for at this point of the regular season.

The Lakers do not really have a huge chance of making the playoffs. Head coach Luke Walton seems to be doing a mistake somewhere, and his team owns the 10th place in the Western Conference. LA is 5 ½ games behind the San Antonio Spurs. LeBron hoped for a better season. There is a lot more to be done, but LeBron is convinced that he won’t sit out games for the rest of the regular season

“That would take a lot of convincing from Luke [Walton] on up,” LeBron told ESPN‘s Dave McMenamin. “Unless I’m hurt, I’m not sitting games.”

The Lakers felt his absence from the floor at the beginning of the year. LeBron suffered a groin strain on Christmas Day and missed 18 games. The team lost too many games, and was almost unable to win a match. In LeBron’s first game after the injury, the Lakers won the game against the Clippers. King James emphasized his desire to get back to his full potential.

“I didn’t come here to sit on the bench. I love clothes. I love suits. But I didn’t come here to put on a suit every day, I came to put on a jersey.”

LeBron said no one has talked to him about the Lakers’ lottery chance in the NBA draft. “That conversation hasn’t occurred, but I’m sure it can happen soon.”

When asked about the rest of the season, LeBron said, “For me personally, I can [only] speak for myself. Continue to be a professional, and be as great as you can be every single night, no matter the circumstances. ‘Cause someone is always watching.”
