Report: Patriots Trade Another Offensive Tackle To Bills

The New England Patriots lost a few players of their offensive line, and they better work on that in near future. Left tackle Trent Brown left the team to join the Oakland Raiders. He signed a massive deal, and the team lost another player to the Buffalo Bills.

Former Patriots offensive tackle LaAdrian Waddle also joined the Buffalo Bills, as confirmed by the team.

Waddle joined New England prior to the 2016 season. The Patriots used him as a starter, but was active on both sides. The loss of Waddle won’t affect the Patriots’ offense, but they will have to add a few chances to overcome his lost.

Waddle’s loss may push the Patriots to sign a free-agent tackle or land one in the draft next month. New England took offensive lineman Isaiah Wynn in the first round of the 2018 draft. He missed his rookie season after suffering a torn Achilles in the preseason. Wynn is expected to fill the position left by Brown, and Waddle could have added more depth.

The Patriots added a few great players, and everything went well in the past few days. They played smart and smooth, and didn’t spend too much on the newly acquired player. The organization always picks the right players, and release the ones they don’t need anymore.

Tom Brady is still on the team, and he won’t go away in near future. Rob Gronkowski may stick around for a while, but he has yet to make a decision on his career. His agent, Drew Rosenhaus, didn’t reveal much during his last interview. Will Gronk leave the Patriots? There are so many things Patriots should clear at the moment, but they are taking step by step, and that’s what makes them this great. They dominate the league for so long, and they sure know what they are doing at the moment. Who is the next to come to Foxboro?
