Lakers Announces LeBron’s Status For Tonight’s Game Vs. Jazz

No miracle will save the Los Angeles Lakers this season as they are officially outside the playoff picture. LeBron James’ injury marked the beginning of the end. The Lakers are playing the Jazz tonight, and the team has made a decision on LeBron’s status.

LA won a couple of games but that doesn’t change anything. The team decided to rest LeBron for tonight’s game. They have nothing to compete for, and LeBron will probably sit out most of the games. The Lakers will confront one of the best teams in the league, and LeBron will stay on the bench. Who is starting this game?

Rajon Rondo is a starter. He struggled in defense, and his assists also need a boost. He may be a nice fit, but LA is better off with Alex Caruso.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope will probably start, too. Josh Hart is still hurt.

Kyle Kuzma gets better with every game, and he has a great potential to become even better and gain more roles on the court.

Mike Muscala shouldn’t be part of the starting five, but he is healthy, so he will probably go in.

JaVale McGee is a starter because LA isn’t interested in going with a young player.

It will take a lot of time for the Lakers to get over the terrible season. But, they have the summer off to get ready for the next one.

“Obviously, it’s been a tough season for all of us,” LeBron said when asked about the season. “It is not what we signed up for. Throughout the year, things happen. Suspensions, injuries, and us just not being able to play sustainable basketball for 48 minutes. You don’t even try to wrap your head around it. You just keep playing and try to get better and go from there. Playoffs are never promised. You’ve got to come out and work. For me personally, you just continue to put the work in and see what you can do to help.
