LeBron Gave Ultimate Encouragement To Brandon Ingram About Their Future With Lakers

Brandon Ingram had trouble playing alongside LeBron James, but there is something great about his development on the floor. King James noticed the changes in Ingram’s style and he seems to like that.

During the game between the Phoenix Suns and Los Angeles Lakers, Suns broadcasters caught the moment when LeBron told his 21-year-old teammate, “Me and you,” in the middle of the game. There are many other players on the roster, and this could be just a tiny detail. However, we can’t ignore the fact that LeBron recognized the effort Ingram makes. He develops into a big player, and LeBron likes that.

The Lakers lost the game to the Suns, reaching 33-30. Brandon Ingram is not the one to be blamed about this. Moreover, this was one of his best games this season as the young player scored 25 points and seven rebounds on 53-percent shooting. In the past 10 games, Ingram put up some great numbers. He averages 23 points per game, and his shooting is really efficient.

Back in January, Ingram said his team needs win more games.

“I feel the same way whether guys are in or out. The accountability of losing basketball games is (the same) because I know I can always do something to affect the ballclub and win games. After each loss, I think I take it the most (personal). I think I feel good when we win. I never felt satisfied but I felt comfortable in games where everybody was comfortable on the basketball floor, shooting their shots, getting to the rim and were just confident in themselves.

“It’s a different adjustment with different guys on the basketball floor. I just try to come in, figure out how to play the game the right way, how to be effective on the basketball floor. I just look at the game and see how I can utilize myself and teammates.”
