LeBron Has Amazing Message To D’Angelo Russell After Game Vs. Nets

The Los Angeles Lakers lost the game against the Brookly Nets, and this loss sealed their season. LeBron James and his teammates are officially out of the playoff race. In other words, they will have to play smart in the offseason and make a few changes to the organization. But, something else caught everyone’s attention. LeBron’s praise of D’Angelo Russell.

King James praised Russell. He wrote, “Always remember the convo we had that night in Vegas. Proud of what you’re becoming. Keep going!”

Russell had a nice comment on the game between his team and Los Angeles.

“It sounds good on paper (knocking the Lakers out), but we’re not competing against them for seeding. A win is good enough,” he said.

JaVale McGee was unstoppable. He finished the game with with a career-high 33 points, 20 rebounds and six blocked shots.

“He’s Joe Cool, he’s just got a cool demeanor about him,” Atkinson said after the matchup. “Confidence, cool… I don’t know what that is. I know I don’t have it, I’m a nervous guy. He’s just cool, doesn’t get fazed. He’s one of those guys who really enjoy the moment.”

Russell is pretty serious about his role in the team, and yes, he doesn’t have anything else on his mind. He will stay on the team and switching teams is the last thing he’d do at the moment.

“I plan on being in Brooklyn for a long time,” he said. “You can forget about my Lakers days if I do it right. Make new headlines. That’s my goal.”

The Nets PG is happy with the organization he takes part in, and compared it to the Los Angeles Lakers.

“It’s the type of organization that will trade you to bring in what they want,” he said of the operation Magic Johnson is in charge of.
