Watch: LeBron James Shows He’s Still Got It With Huge Dunk

LeBron James switched on his load management mode, but he likes to pull out a nice dunk once in a while.

The Los Angeles Lakers will miss the playoffs, and LeBron will miss the big game for the first time since 2005. However, that doesn’t change the fact that he is the dunk master. LeBron reminded the world of basketball that he is the greatest player of all times.

The Lakers are now in the meaningless portion of their season. They are officially outside the playoff picture after the loss to the Brooklyns Net. King James made a promise, asking the Lakers nation to trust him, and follow the team’s upcoming success.

“Believe me! Promise #LakerNation the spell won’t last much longer! I swear. The marathon continues!” LeBron wrote on Instagram.

The Lakers had a terrible season, and LeBron didn’t even think that things would take this turn. Unfortunately, everything went down the hill following his Christmas Day injury.

“Obviously, it’s been a tough season for all of us,” LeBron said. “It is not what we signed up for.

“Throughout the year, things happen. Suspensions, injuries, and us just not being able to play sustainable basketball for 48 minutes. You don’t even try to wrap your head around it. You just keep playing and try to get better and go from there.

Playoffs are never promised. You’ve got to come out and work. For me personally, you just continue to put the work in and see what you can do to help.

Dr. Karen Joubert took to Instagram to explain that LeBron played in terrible pain after his injury. The post is now deleted.

“As a PT for 27 years I have had the good fortune to work with some of the top athletes in the world… then came LeBron. I want you all to know how bad his injury was  and is, the pain he endured. Along with his amazing trainer, Mike Mancias, he was on the court in 6 weeks, it should have been 6 months. Unselfishly, he endured pain, pain, pain. He did not want to let the Lakers down, the fans down. But I know what he went through! I learned about determination, the will to win, how to get the job done. He is a force to be reckoned with,” Dr. Karen Joubert wrote on Instagram.
