Patriots wideout Julian Edelman is pretty happy with how life turned out for him, and he is all in when it comes to winning Super Bowls and parenting. The wideout uses every opportunity he gets to have fun with his daughter. This time Edelman posted a pic of him and his daughter, and wished everyone a happy Easter.

“My happy lil Easter egg. Have a safe and happy holiday everyone!” Edelman wrote on Instagram.

2018 was the most challenging year for him, and it ended in the most brilliant way ever. Edelman started off the regular season with a four-game suspension. He came back in full shape, and helped the team win games. His greatest success came during the Super Bowl. Edelman’s performance was golden, and he was named the Super Bowl MVP. Well, he deserved that and much more.

The wideout had enough time in the offseason to have fun with his cute daughter. He always posts pics of her, especially on holidays. Lily changed his life completely.

“One hundred percent,” Edelman talked about his daughter. “When you become a pa, you have different priorities now and you’re not living for yourself, you’re living for someone else now. It’s pretty cool to go out and experience success and having your little human that’s just running around saying “Da-Da” that doesn’t know anything is going on. She’s like a little good luck charm. It’s unbelievable when you get to see her after a game. The feeling has changed. My whole family’s been a part of my road with how close we are and to welcome her in, it just makes it bigger and better.”

The wideout posted a pic at the very beginning of the year, and he summed up pretty much everything that happened to him in 2018.

“Every year brings its own challenges. 2018 was no different. It’s the will to fight through the adversity that defines us. Huge thank you to all the people who stood by me all year through the ups and downs. Happy New Year everyone,” he wrote.
