Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson’s Comment On Tom Brady’s Shirtless NFL Draft Photo Is Priceless

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady celebrated his draft anniversary with a photo of the draft, and yes, triggered an avalanche of reactions. Brady’s teammates were the first to poke fun at him. However, the ultimate comment came from Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.

“Besides this pic of Tom looking exactly like me (twins) when I came out of college – goes to show how wildly unpredictable life truly is #goat,” Johnson wrote on Twitter.

He probably looked much better than Brady, but we’d really like to focus on the second part of the tweet. The Rock is right. Nobody couldn’t predict that Tom Brady would win six championships in his career with the Patriots.

“19 years ago today the @patriots took a chance on the guy in this photo: Me (199) . Thank you to EVERYONE who’s helped me to prove them right! Also, did they stop taking these photos after mine??” Brady captioned his photo.

But, Brady sort of knew that he would develop into a big star. In his first post-draft interview with the Patriots’ media, Brady talked about his excitement, and he wasn’t even disappointed that the team picked him in the sixth round.

“I don’t think disappointed is the word,” TB12 said. “I thing the team that has drafted me I’m just very comfortable with and whether it would be in the second round or the sixth round I think everyone starts on the same level. It’s a great opportunity to head back to New England, and play for the Patriots. It’s certainly been a dream come true.”

Brady had all the respect in this world for Drew Bledsoe, and enjoyed learning from the best quarterback, as he likes to call him.

“You know, Drew Bledsoe is certainly one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL. It’s going to be great to learn under him and compete for a job with the Patriots. Certainly this is a great step for me. It’s going to be a great challenge but I think I’m ready for it. Actually, I know I’m ready for it.”

Yes, Brady was more than ready for it. He is the GOAT.
