Julian Edelman FaceTime Danny Amendola Right After Graduating Collage (Video)

Patriots receiver Julian Edelman got his college degree 14 years after he signed up for it. Edelman received his diploma from Kent State, and gave high-fives to his fellow graduates. But, the best part came when Edelman talked to his former teammate Danny Amendola on FaceTime right after the big event.

Amendola is now part of the Detroit Lions, and he likes to hang out with Edelman in their free time.

Edelman announced his big accomplishment on Thursday.

“I believe it is important to finish what you start,” he wrote on Instagram. “This Saturday, I will be walking with my fellow Kent State graduates. Completing what I started back in 06. It is important to me that I make my parents proud as I fulfill a promise that I made to them that I would, one day, be a college graduate. I also want to set a great example for my daughter, so that when I talk about the importance of a college degree, I can show her that earning my degree was important to me. To my fellow Golden Flash graduates, Congratulations!”

This is a rather important event in his life. edelman is proud of himself, and his parents must be proud, too.

Edelman’s college degree was the perfect reason for his teammates to roast him.

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady was the first to react to Edelman’s latest accomplishment. He shared Edelman’s post, and wrote, “Congrats on 14 years of college!!! That’s got to be another record you set!”

Well, regardless of these comments, Edelman must be proud of his achievement. He faced a lot of challenges in 2018, and things are taking the right turn for him. This achievement is one of the greatest thing that have ever happened to him.
