Report: LeBron James Reveals His Thoughts On Living In LA, Playing For Lakers

The Los Angeles Lakers are completely dysfunctional at the moment, and the rumors of LeBron James’ trade weren’t really pleasant. But, will LeBron leave the team?

Joe Vardon from The Athletic went on the “Tampering” podcast to talk about LeBron James and his commitment to the big city.

“He is so happy to be living in Los Angeles,” Joe Vardon said. “His family is so happy about this. Bronny is going into high school. This is where they want to be. LeBron does not want to play anywhere else. I would be shocked if at any point for the remainder of his career so long as LeBron James Jr. is in high school in the Greater Los Angeles area that he would have any interest in playing anywhere else. He wants to make this work.”

King James signed a four-year deal worth $154 million, and he is 34. He planned to spend a couple seasons in Los Angeles, and he even created the perfect platform for his business career.

The Lakers had to deal with several problems, including the resignation of Magic Johnson. Johnson recruited LeBron last year. The head coach position was vacant for quite some time, and the Lakers couldn’t sign Anthony Davis. They even couldn’t reach an agreement with LeBron’s former coach, Tyronn Lue. The worst part comes when the Lakers lost the last chance to miss the playoffs for the sixth consecutive year. Some say that LeBron will soon regret his decision to come to Los Angeles.

LeBron has already denied the possibility that he leaves Los Angeles. He said there was no such thing, and brought some hope to fans.

The Lakers will try to trade for Anthony Davis again, but the Pelicans aren’t interested in making a deal with the team. Magic Johnson’s last interview was realy shockinh. He talked about the problems he had with Rob Pelinka, and pundits believe that major All-Stars won’t even think of joining such dysfunctional team.

Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, Kawhi Leonard and many others are expected to become free agents this summer, and each of them has been linked to the Lakers.
