Tom Brady Leaves Hilarious Comment On Julian Edelman’s Instagram Post

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is everywhere. He is doing a lot of practice, and doesn’t miss big events. We saw him at the Met Gala and the Kentucky Derby. The GOAT has enough time to tweet jokes, and Julian Edelman is his favorite target. Brady never misses an opportunity to comment on Edelman’s posts.

That’s exactly what happened this time. The receiver posted a photo of himself, and wrote a nice caption. It read, “If your uniform isn’t dirty, you haven’t been in the game.”

What did Brady do? “I king of prefer mine clean,” he wrote.

Edelman will never forget the first time they met.

“I remember Tom walked in and I had my big ole 4-inch binder and we were going and he was walking through the doorway and all of a sudden I look up and he walks through and he goes, ‘Hey, I’m Tom.’ I almost dropped my book and I am like, ‘Holy smokes. It’s Tom Brady,’ I am a Bay Area kid. I was a big fan. And he goes, ‘Hey, Julian.’ He knew my name, too. He had his ol’ little grin on that he has. I dropped my book like, ‘Hey, Tom’ and you’re scrambling to meetings and stuff. As a rookie, you are in a new environment and you’re trying to study calculus with basic math knowledge. That is what you’re going through and then Tom Brady walks through the door. It was funny, but it was very a welcoming hello.”

Brady and his favorite receiver have created a very special relationship on and off the field. They have the perfect quarterback-receiver chemistry.

Bleacher Report Tyler Dunne wrote a good article about the Green Bay Packers, and used the opportunity to discuss the bond between TB12 and Edelman.

“So there was Jennings, a Viking himself in 2013. He could tell Packers receivers were scared just to say hello with Rodgers likely hyperanalyzing their every move from afar. To him, that’s sad. It shouldn’t be like this. He sees the relationship Brady has cultivated with Julian Edelman, with all of his receivers, and says, ‘Everyone wants that.’ Those two spend time together off the field, and it carries into what matters on the field. Brady builds bonds for life, and that can be the difference between division titles and Super Bowls.”
