Tom Brady Shares Amazing Photos From His Latest Offseason Workout

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is really serious about his championships, and his offseason workout says it all.  Brady shares pics and videos of his workout, and we believe that haters won’t like his readiness to win the next Super Bowl.

Brady’s trainer, Alex Guerrero, says that TB12 will play until his mid fourthies.

“I know how Tom feels every day,” Guerrero said. “He says, ‘I don’t have any soreness. I’m ready to play again. Those are things that we thought would happen, and now we’re seeing the reality of them happening. Do I think Tom can play to a high level at forty-five? Absolutely.

“I mean, why not? I’ve never put limits on myself, and I’ve never put limits on any of my clients. I’m a big believer that everything is learned behavior. You tell an athlete, ‘You’re gonna be done when you’re thirty,’ well, the brain begins to believe that, and all your neuro-programming is based on, ‘OK, I’m thirty, I’m old.’ But I don’t think the brain understands the concept of time. It doesn’t understand age. Right? How would your brain know you’re whatever age you are? I always tell Tom, we’re not gonna tell our body what we wanna do. We’re gonna tell our body what we want it to do.”

Brady knows that his role is important. This Super Bowl was really important for him.

“We’ve been this far and lost, which is really tough. I think we had a lot of resolve the past few weeks,” he said of the Super Bowl. “I wish we had played a little better on offense but we won. I can’t believe it, Super Bowl champs. It was an unbelievable year. We fought through it more so than anything and it ’s unbelievable to win this game. They made it tough on every play and we use kept fighting and finally got a touchdown. We’ve been this far and lost which is really tough and we just needed a lot of resolve in the last couple of weeks. We won. I can’t believe it, Super Bowl champs. It doesn’t change anything. I can’t wait to spend some time with my family. I couldn’t do it without their support. It’s been an unbelievable year. We just fought through it more so than anything and it’s unbelievable to win this game. They played so well. The Rams defence worked their butts off, they had a great plan. They made it tough on every play. This is a dream come true for all of us.”
