Tom Brady Shares Epic Photos Of His Workout In Breathtaking Nature

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady never misses a chance to have a good workout. He is missing the OTAs again, but that doesn’t mean that he skips his workouts.

The GOAT hit the beach with his trainer, and that workout is more than awesome. Brady even shared photos of the session.

Brady’s personal trainer, Alex Guerrero, knows that the GOAT is determined to do his best.

“I know how Tom feels every day,” Guerrero said. “He says, ‘I don’t have any soreness. I’m ready to play again. Those are things that we thought would happen, and now we’re seeing the reality of them happening. Do I think Tom can play to a high level at forty-five? Absolutely.

“I mean, why not? I’ve never put limits on myself, and I’ve never put limits on any of my clients. I’m a big believer that everything is learned behavior. You tell an athlete, ‘You’re gonna be done when you’re thirty,’ well, the brain begins to believe that, and all your neuro-programming is based on, ‘OK, I’m thirty, I’m old.’ But I don’t think the brain understands the concept of time. It doesn’t understand age. Right? How would your brain know you’re whatever age you are? I always tell Tom, we’re not gonna tell our body what we wanna do. We’re gonna tell our body what we want it to do.”

Brady is pretty serious about his eating habits, too. We all know that he hates strawberries, and his personal chef, Allen Campbell, is responsible for the healthy meals.

“No white sugar. No white flour. No MSG. I’ll use raw olive oil, but I never cook with olive oil. I only cook with coconut oil. Fats like canola oil turn into trans fats. … I use Himalayan pink salt as the sodium. I never use iodized salt. … What else? No coffee. No caffeine. No fungus. No dairy.”

Brady follows an anti-inflammatory diet, and it plays an important role in his diet.

“Some younger players don’t give too much thought to nutrition. They think they can eat anything they want, and their bodies will burn off the damage. The problem is that by eating inflammatory foods, they’re eating things that create inflammation on top of the weight lifting they’ve done on top of the football game they just played on Sunday. That’s an inflammation response times three. As I said, if I know my body will experience inflammation every Sunday during the season, the last thing I want to do is stack on more inflammation on top of it — not if I want to feel great every time I take the field.”
