Patriots Share Stunning Photos Of Super Bowl LIII Championship Rings

On Thursday night, Robert Kraft hosted the Super Bowl LIII championship celebration and presented the players and coaches with their latest championship rings. The diamond rings display all six Lombardi Trophies in the middle with the Flying Elvis Patriots logo at the bottom. The words “World” and “Champions” are written on each side.

Also, each ring has the player’s last name and a shot of the Gillette Stadium lighthouse. On the other side there’s the final score of Super Bowl LIII where the Patriots were able to beat the Rams, 13-3. The rings also have the coined phrase “Still Here” etched in, as well as the years of each of the pervious championship titles.

The celebration was a jam packed house of past and present Patriots as a lot made the trip back to Massachusetts for the festivities. Offseason departures like offensive tackle Trent Browns (Raiders), defensive end Trey Flowers (Lions) and wide receiver Chris Hogan (Panthers) were also present. Former Patriots defensive play-caller Brian Flores, who has since singed on to be the head coach of the Miami Dolphins, was there too, as well as tight end Rob Gronkowski, who announced his retirement earlier this offseason.

All of these attendances are just one example how a championship can unify individuals forever, despite moving on to new spots throughout the league.

The Patriots’ celebrated their sixth Super Bowl championship title, which ties them with the Pittsburgh Steelers for the most Super Bowl titles won by a single franchise. This latest win against the Los Angeles Rams had New England separate with the Dallas Cowboys and San Francisco 49ers, who both have five Lombardi’s in their trophy case.

This sixth Super Bowl title makes Tom Brady the No. 1 player with most championship rings than any other in league history.

“It’s pretty special to be in this position and to accept a ring and to have that for the rest of your life,” Brady said regarding getting the ring and celebrating with teammates. “That’s something you’ll pass down to your kids. It means a lot, that 2018 team accomplished a lot. It’s a great night to celebrate. You’ll have these pictures for the rest of your life.”

As for the shindig that ensues, Brady said,

“[Robert Kraft] puts on a great party. He’s been planning it and I’ve been fortunate to be at a few of his over the years is pretty cool.”
