Julian Edelman Farewells His Old Helmet With Amazing Instagram Photo

Patriots receiver Julian Edelman has to say goodbye to his old helmet, and he even honored the piece in his recent Instagram post.

The receiver posted a photo of himself and his old helmet. It was the perfect way to say goodbye. Followers jumped in the comment section, asking Edelman to wear that helmet again. was this his lucky head gear?

“Unfadeable, so please don’t try to fade this…” the receiver wrote.

Edelman’s fans are now focused on his new documentary, “100% Julian Edelman.” It will be released on June 28 at 9 p.m. ET.

“When injury and controversy threatened Julian Edelman’s NFL career, he returned to his father, an auto mechanic, to fix what was broken. 100% is an intimate behind the scenes look at the three-time Super Bowl Champion during a critical juncture in his life. After a dramatic victory in Super Bowl 51, Edelman suffered a devastating knee injury that forced him to miss the entirety of the 2017 season. The film joins Edelman as he attempts to overcome the challenge of a season ending surgery and PED suspension all while exposing the unorthodox origins that built him into one of the NFL’s most affable stars.”

The documentary will feature a lot of great guys, including Tom Brady, Mark Wahlberg, Snoop Dogg, Michael Strahan and Deion Sanders. Michael Rapaport will narrate it.

The receiver is more than excited. I mean, this man will have his own documentary, and that says pretty much everything you need to know about his greatness.

“If you would have told me when I got hurt two years ago that ‘100%’ would be the result, I wouldn’t have believed you,” he said in the statement. “Showtime has been amazing. It turns out making movies is a lot of fun.”

Edelman announced the release of the documentary on Instagram.

“I’m excited to finally announce my new feature documentary, 100%: Julian Edelman on [Showtime],” he wrote. “Keeping this project under wraps has been tough, a lot of highs, a lot of lows, a lot of surreal moments. Just glad we had a camera rolling so we could make this thing our way.”
