NBA Free Agency Predictions For Kevin Durant

Warriors star Kevin Durant ruptured his Achilles in Game 5 of the 2019 NBA Finals, and will probably miss the entire next season. Fans are now wondering whether he will stay with the Warriors. Durant is set to enter the free agency market this summer, and we believe that many fans are ready to offer him a thick deal. Experts have confirmed four potential suitors for Durant, and the Los Angeles Lakers are one of them.

The Oklahoma City Thunder are also an option. If Durant decides to go to Oklahoma City, the Thunder will become a favorite in the Western Conference in 2020-21. He will reunite with Russell Westbrook and these two alongside Paul George will have a big chance to win the next championship and forget the nightmare of the 2016 playoffs.

The Lakers already have a great star on the roster. LeBron James isn’t enough to help the team win a championship, and he missed a big portion of the season due to a groin strain. The team couldn’t sign Anthony Davis with their first attempt, but were successful in their second one. So, Davis and LeBron are a perfect duo, and this may inrease Durant’s interest in the team. If Durant goes to Los Angeles, the team will become an instant contender. Of course, he will have to recover first.

The New York Knicks hope to get Durant, too. The team has enough cap space to sign Durant. The Knicks lost out on a top-2 pick, and the team will play aggressively this summer. Yes, they will definitely try to sign Durant. Is there a chance for the Knicks to secure a deal with the Warriors star? Absolutely.

The Golden State Warriors are the fourth option for Durant. The Golden State wasn’t a top favorite when it comes to signing Durant. However, the team can offer him a max contract and a financial security while recovering from a serious injury. Durant may decide to re-sign a deal with the Warriors.

Signing Durant is worth every risk. Who will get the ultimate player? We hold out thumbs up for our favorite.
