Steph Curry Debuts New Golf Clothing Line in China

Stephen Curry and his Golden State Warriors lost the chance to become champions again, and the star player is now busy doing off-court things like broadening his Under Armour line. He is now in the golf sector.

The new golf line is part of Curry’s “Range Unlimited.” The spikeless golf shoe modeled after Curry 6 basketball kicks are awesome. There are 14 different pieces of golfing attire, and the line will be available in fall.

Curry unveils the product line at Mission Hills in Shenzhen, China, while on his 2019 Under Armour Basketball Asia Tour.

He played miniature golf as executive producer and resident golf pro of ABC’s Holey Moley. The 10-episode project features 12 players competing for a $25,000 top prize each week.

In a Q&A session, the Warrior talked about his love for golf, Ayesha’s show and the loss to the Toronto Raptors.

“As a kid, mini-golf was one of my favorite things to do,” he said when asked about minigolf. “The show is about my love for golf and to provide entertainment to bring families together over the summer. I wanted to be involved in it, not just behind the scenes but on camera as well.”

Is Curry a good golfer? You can bet he is. He said, “Scratch! (Translation: excellent.) Over the summer, I get my game really good for like two months. During the NBA season, I don’t get to play as much. My games goes in the trash.”

Curry also got questions about the two-hour block with his wife.

“With her ‘Family Food Fight’ centered around families cooking together and “Holey Moley” as entertainment that is family friendly, everybody can sit down together to watch for two hours. It’s pretty special.”

Curry and his wife are pretty busy with their professional careers. However, they have all the time in this world for their kids.

“That’s a learning curve, in terms of how you balance everything. In my day job, there’s built-in road trips and so much time dedicated to being the best basketball player I can be. And for my wife, she’s traveling across the country promoting her (projects). Her portfolio is unbelievable impressive. And there’s the importance of being there for our kids, especially at this time when they’re about to be 7, 4 and 1. It’s a madhouse. We just roll with the punches.”

.. Curry: I understand everybody wants a storybook ending, including myself, where you go through all these ups and downs … and the reward is the (NBA) trophy. That would be the ideal ending. But it doesn’t change my willingness to do it or feel like it was a failure in terms of this year. We fought to the end and there’s always going to be one team that wins. But the journey is important as well.
