LeBron James Hoops With Anthony Davis On ‘Space Jam 2’ Set

Lakers fans can’t wait to watch Space Jam 2. LeBron James and Anthony Davis are already hooping on set, and we are definitely happy. There’s a video of the stars and their first game on the floor. It happened on set.

Davis joined the Los Angeles Lakers and triggered an avalanche of reactions. It was more than obvious that he was interested in playing alongside LeBron James. The NBA superstars have been hooping on the floor while shooting in Los Angeles. The players are warming up alongside Damian Lillard and a few WNBA stars who appear in the movie.

There’s also a player rocking the #2 jersey, but we can’t really tell who he is. We believe that players in this movie actually wear jerseys reflecting their jersey numbers in the NBA. So, if you recognize this player, please let us know.

As we already reported, Warriors’ Klay Thompson was on the set. Will the injury he suffered in the NBA Finals prevent him from shooting scenes. Draymond Green was also seen on set practicing with the fellows.

LeBron was wearing No. 6 on the set, and Davis was wearing No.23. This matches the numbers they will wear on the field. LeBron gave up on his number, and gave it to Davis. He was wearing No. 6 in Miami and Team USA.

We are told that Chris Paul will also appear in the movie. We haven’t seen him yet, but he will sure show up at one point. Paul is out of the country at the moment with Aaron Rodgers throwing a golf tournament in the Bahamas.

Space Jam 2 will be a real success despite the rumors about its failure. Joe Pytka said that it was doomed.

“Don’t do it. It’s doomed. Michael Jordan was the biggest star on the planet. When we did Space Jam, there was a perfect storm of players and ex-players available — Larry Bird, Charles Barkley, Patrick Ewing… They all had a persona that complemented the film. There are none around like that now.”

Well, this won’t make LeBron change his mind. He is super excited about the project.
