Tom Brady Shares Awesome Video From His Beach Workout While On Vacation

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady uses every minute of his free time to work out. He is into vacation workouts, and this time he had one right after the Best Buddies Game at Harvard Stadium. Working out at the beach is Tom’s favorite routine.

He loves beach days, and beach workouts are definitely different. Sun, sand, and fresh air. Having a day at the beach means wearing a helmet and pads, and doing some reps.

The quarterback shared a video of himself working out and doing sprints with the help of a resistance band. In the Bahamas! Can you believe it? The GOAT works out at Baker’s Bay Club in the Bahamas. That’s the ultimate workout, and we know that many NFL players would agree on that one.

Brady will enter his 20th season, and he doesn’t even think of having a vacation. The quarterback won’t have a vacation until he retires, so that says pretty much everything about his readiness to win another Super Bowl.

Brady’s trainer, Alex Guerrero, talked about his strength and willingness to keep grinding.

“I know how Tom feels every day,” Guerrero said. “He says, ‘I don’t have any soreness. I’m ready to play again. Those are things that we thought would happen, and now we’re seeing the reality of them happening. Do I think Tom can play to a high level at forty-five? Absolutely.

“I mean, why not? I’ve never put limits on myself, and I’ve never put limits on any of my clients. I’m a big believer that everything is learned behavior. You tell an athlete, ‘You’re gonna be done when you’re thirty,’ well, the brain begins to believe that, and all your neuro-programming is based on, ‘OK, I’m thirty, I’m old.’ But I don’t think the brain understands the concept of time. It doesn’t understand age. Right? How would your brain know you’re whatever age you are? I always tell Tom, we’re not gonna tell our body what we wanna do. We’re gonna tell our body what we want it to do.”
