Chris Bosh Reunites With LeBron James On Set Of ‘Space Jam’ Sequel

LeBron James is doing a really good job with Space Jam 2, and he was able to bring a lot of people together. There will be a bunch of WNBA stars, NBA Finals rivals, new Los Angeles Lakers and even former Miami Heat teammates. Golden State Warriors All-Star Draymond Green was seen on set of the Space Jam sequel. Chris Bosh?

Anthony Davis, Damian lillard and Klay Thompson will be on set. Well, Bosh is coming, too. Bosh is one of the famous running mates with the Miami Heat from 2010-2014.

“Appreciate my brother stopping by set today!” LeBron recently wrote on his Instagram story, and shared a picture of Bosh and a “Space Jam” director’s chair. “Always and nothing but laughs when we link, and plenty memories.”

ClutchPoints noted that Bosh isn’t confirmed as part of the set as he hasn’t been linked to the sequel. Well, it sure means that he may be in line for a cameo.

“James and Bosh were teammates for four seasons with the Miami Heat, as they, along with Dwyane Wade, formed one of the most potent Big 3s the league has ever seen. They would go on to dominate the league during this span, winning back-to-back NBA titles in 2012 and 2013.

“We last saw Bosh take the court in the 2015-16 season with the Heat. However, a serious blood clot condition forced the 11-time All-Star to retire from the sport, and he has since been making TV appearances as a basketball analyst. Obviously, he formed a precious bond with LeBron during their time together, as they ended up developing a very close friendship that has withstood the test of time.”

The follow-up to Michael Jordan’s 1996 Looney Tunes crossover, LeBron “Space Jam” will be released in 2021. Terence Nance is directing and Ryan Coogler (“Creed,” “Black Panther”) is producing the film. LeBron will be as both an executive producer and lead actor, with Davis, Lillard, Thompson and WNBA standouts like Diana Taurasi and Nneka Ogwumike reportedly among the top costars. Stephen Curry and Giannis Antetokounmpo declined invitations to join the set. Antetokounmpo didn’t want any drama.
