The Los Angeles Lakers had a terrible season, and they didn’t even have a chance to make the playoffs. LeBron James and many other players missed games due to injuries, and the team was plagued with rumors and speculation. However, things are taking a completely different turn now, and the king of basketball is about to lead a Showtime revival. What does that mean?

Kawhi Leonard decided to join the Clippers, and Lakers fans were sort of disappointed. They all hoped to see Leonard join LeBron and Anthony Davis. However, the front office had plan B, and this plan is doing wonders. The Lakers had Kyle Kuzma, LeBron and Davis. They added a bunch of players, and brought a lot of talent in town.

The team made terrible calculations last year, and there was no chemistry on and off the floor. The young players couldn’t fit in LeBron’s game, and he was missing something, too. There was no connection, and the injuries put an end to their season before it even started.

There’s no room for mistakes now. The best part comes when you realize that LeBron will be a starter point guard next season. This move would strengthen LeBron’s gam and relieve any depth issues the Lakers had. The offense will be fully engaged, and we all what that means.

Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports reported that LeBron will lead the charge at point guard, and Danny Green will start alongside him.

The rest of the starting five would probably be Davis, Kuzma and DeMarcus Cousins. The Lakers will have a lot of talent on both sides of the floor to start each match.

The Lakers would have an incredible athlete running the point. LeBron is a facilitator who is built like a forward but handles the ball like a pure guard. Will LeBron bring Showtime back?
