Report: LeBron Kills Another Coach as ‘Space Jam 2’ Changes Directors

LeBron James has the power and dominance to drive away coaches, and this power includes his off-court activities. The Lakers star is busy with the filming of Space Jam 2, and it seems like there are some changes in the team. Directors change, everyone.

Terry Nance will leave the filming, and he will be replaced by Malcolm D. Lee. It turns out that Nance had creative differences with Warner Bros. and SpringHill Entertainment. The split was more than necessary, and both sides agreed on that one.

In other words, this is another coach that doesn’t fit LeBron’s criteria. The Lakers star has history of sending coaches away, and Luke Walton is the last in the row. Remember what happened to David Blatt?

Let’s not forget that Nance was super excited about Space Jam 2.

Space Jam is a very unique opportunity because LeBron James is the best basketball player on Earth and a once in a generation performer,” Nance explained. “Whoever the greatest basketball player of the next generation is going to be, they are probably not going to also be a great actor. Growing up being an animator, someone who loves to draw, I’m just super enthused to work in the cannon, learning in a more deep way about it, bringing what I bring from a media innovation standpoint.”

The Space Jam sequel is followed by too much speculation. It will be released in summer 2021. There’s a lot of hype surrounding the sequel, and some say it isn’t worth the hype. The change in directors is adding fuel to the fire.

“Don’t do it,” Joe Pytka sad of LeBron’s project. “It’s doomed. Michael Jordan was the biggest star on the planet. When we did Space Jam, there was a perfect storm of players and ex-players available — Larry Bird, Charles Barkley, Patrick Ewing… They all had a persona that complemented the film. There are none around like that now.”

Let’s hope that he is wrong. LeBron is really excited about the filming of the sequel. He is super confident about the success of Space Jam 2. He gathered a bunch of good players, and Anthony Davis is by his side. Klay Thompson is here, too.
