Rockets’ Daryl Morey Shares Hilarious Photo Stealing LeBron’s Parking Spot While In LA

LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers added a bunch of talented players, and they will definitely become contenders this season. This puts other teams in panic mode, and we really understand them. Well, guess what… Rivals have already started showing off their teeth. Houston Rockets general manager Daryl Morey is one of them.

Morey threw the first jab to begin his team’s rivalry with the Los Angeles Lakers.

We can’t really tell what Morey is doing in Los Angeles, and we also believe that he didn’t steal LeBron’s parking space. However, it’s funny that the Rockets executive decided to have a little fun during the offseason.

He has every right to do that. The team traded Chris Paul to the Oklahoma City Thunder for Russell Westbrook who is still playing his best and is coming off his third consecutive year of averaging a triple-double. Well, yes, he has a good reason to feel confident.

He may not consider the Golden State Warriors as a rival anymore, given that they lost a lot of good players this offseason. Kevin Durant and Andre Iguodala are out. Morey shouldn’t forget that the Rockets will have to beat a lot of guys in the playoffs before turning their focus towards something else.

The regular season will start off in a few months, and a lot of things can change until October. Everyone can relax at the moment, and Morey made a good decision with all this laugh thing. At least he made someone smile. The championship run can turn into a chaos, and general managers really need to have some time off to get ready for the big run.

If Morey is confident about his team and their success next season, we shouldn’t spoil his plans.

Hopefully, the Rockets won’t get out of the playoffs next season. They shouldn’t lose in the postseason before even meeting their new rivals.
