Tedy Bruschi Shares Photo Of His Son Throwing Football Like A Real Quarterback

Former Patriots linebacker Tedy Bruschi feels a lot better after suffering his second stroke. Bruschi keeps fans updated, and this time he shared a photo of his son. Well, it’s all about genes, and the kid throws like a real quarterback.

Bruschi was a talented and skilled football player, and his son is definitely following his footsteps. According to this photo, the kid will have a brilliant career.

Bruschi suffered his second stroke right after being promoted to a new position. Luckily, the former linebacker was able to prevent any greater damage, because he knows how to recognize the early signs of stroke. He’s been there before, remember?

The former Patriots shared a photo of himself, too. He recovers perfectly, and hopefully, he won’t have another similar episode.

“Blessed to be back on my feet. Got to spend an evening with my @tedysteam family,” Bruschi wrote on Instagram. “A 2019 Boston Marathon team reunion. Heidi and I are so thankful for the incredible people that make up our entire alumni runner community.”He also shared an update on his condition shortly after suffering the stroke. Bruschi didn’t forget to share a lesson for everyone, encouraging people to learn more about the early signs of stroke.

“Around 10:30am on July 4th I lost use of my left arm. I then tried to speak and realized I was slurring my speech. As I turned to my wife she noticed the left side of my face was drooping. We immediately knew what was happening. These are stroke warning signs. We called 911 and an ambulance got me to the hospital. Thank you for all your kind thoughts and prayers. I’m doing much better.”

Patriots owner Robert Kraft sent Bruschi a message of support. Suffering a stroke is never easy, and Bruschi received similar messages from other athletes.

“Since his full recovery from a stroke in 2005, Tedy Bruschi has provided inspiration to so many and positively impacted the lives of others by sharing his story and advocating for early detection of stroke symptoms,” Kraft’s statement read. “While shocked to hear of his recent stroke, known as a TIA, we are relieved to learn that he recognized the early symptoms and immediately sought and received treatment. On behalf of the entire Patriots organization, we extend our love, thoughts and prayers to Tedy and the Bruschi family while we wish him godspeed in a complete recovery.”
