Watch: Anthony Davis Shows up to LeBron’s Weekly Taco Tuesday Dinner

Taco Tuesday is a favorite tradition in the James household. Even fans have a chance to get a piece of it, because they are broadcasting it on social media. This week the family had Anthony Davis over dinner.

Davis and LeBron are getting used to each other, and having some tacos is always a good idea, right? King James even wore a t-shirt dedicated to the weekly tradition.

There were a lot of smiles, and the James household was full of joy and happiness. Hopefully, we will see more of this. This friendship will undoubtedly continue on the floor. LeBron and Davis are considered the strongest duo in the NBA at the moment, and they will sure bring the Los Angeles Lakers to the finals.

I’ll put our roster up against anybody,” Davis said at the introductory press conference, and this line attracted everyone’s attention.

“The most difficult part for me was just not knowing,” he said. “When it was announced that I was being traded, I don’t want to say it was a relief, (but) it was something that I’d thought about for a long time. Obviously it was tough to leave the city I’d been playing in for seven years, but I think it was best for me.

“When I found out I’d been traded to the Lakers, I realized it was an unbelievable opportunity for me,” he added. “To be here with a wonderful organization, and then to be able to play alongside LeBron and the players that we have now … to get the opportunity to do that and come here and play for an organization that’s all about winning, and winning championships, and that’s the only goal, I think that was the biggest thing for me.”

“Right now, my focus is on this year, and trying to help this organization become a championship team.”

Signing Davis was a big move for Rob Pelinka, and they finally did it. Magic Johnson tried to get Davis before the trade deadline, but the Pelicans weren’t interested in doing business with Los Angeles. Well, they were happy to get a bunch of young Lakers this summer.
