Watch: Lakers’ LeBron James Posts Rare High School Highlights

LeBron James is one of the greatest basketball players, and it was more than obvious that he would make such a big name for himself. Bron was a phenomenal athlete in high school which is why the Laker decided to share some highlights of his game with the Saint Vincent-Saint Mary High School two decades ago.

The Lakers star was born with a natural talent for basketball. He was recruited by St. Vincent-St. Mary High School to join their squad in 1999. In his five years at the school’s team, LeBron scored 2,657 points, 892 rebounds, and 523 assists during his four years there.

King James averaged 18 points per game as a freshman. He helped his squad to a Division III state title by giving 25 points in the championship game. That’s when it all started. LeBron became a popular person and people realized that he was better than anyone else. You can’t just ignore such a big potential.

In his sophomore year, LeBron joined the USA Today All-USA First Team. He was the first sophomore ever selected to get this award. LeBron led his team to a second-straight Division III title.

LeBron started considering a pro career in his third year in high school. He became PARADE magazine’s High School Boys Basketball Player of the Year and Gatorade Player of the Year. It was also obvious that just a few players can confront him on the floor.

LeBron decided to go back to St. Vincent-St. Mary High School for his senior year. He averaged 31.6 points and led the team to a third state title in four years.

In 2003, LeBron made a decision that changed his life. He skipped college and declared for the popular NBA Draft. This was the best decision he has ever made, and today, he is the best player in the league.

King James hits a milestone with every game he plays, and he is playing his best game. The Lakers were lucky to get him, and now he will bring the team a title. Anthony Davis is by his side, and these two can do wonders.
