Julian Edelman Posts Hilarious Message To Tom Brady For His Birthday

Some call him Touchdown Tom; others refer to him as The Pharaoh. No matter what people call him, no one can deny that Tom Brady is the greatest quarterback in NFL history. After all, he’s got numbers speaking for him.

August 3 marks another important day in Brady’s life – he’s turning 42 years. And yet, he only appears to be 33. That TB12 Method must be working very well indeed.

So, what’s happening Saturday in honor of Brady’s birthday?

Not much, according to the players. And that’s how Brady prefers it.

“I don’t think he’d want us to do anything,” receiver Phillip Dorsett said. “He’s a real humble dude. His birthday is like another day. We’re going to tell him ‘happy birthday’ and that we appreciate him, but at the end of the day he doesn’t really care.”

However, Julian Edelman, the MVP of Super Bowl LIII and Tom Brady’s favorite target, wouldn’t let his buddy’s birthday to go completely unnoticed. The former quarterback-turned-wide receiver said “happy birthday” to Brady in his own unique way, creating a video compilation of footage throughout the QB’s career. It included everything: from heartfelt moments with the two of them embracing to some goofier situations like the one with Brady looking for a high five and receiving nothing in return.

But Edelman didn’t just focus on Twitter. He made sure Brady’s birthday gets the coverage from all social media.
