LeBron Organizing Lakers Players Minicamp To Help Build Chemistry

Lakers star LeBron James won’t let things slip down his hands this season. The Los Angeles Lakers were terrible last season, and they lacked chemistry. LeBron joined the team with the only goal to help them win a championship, but the young core struggled on the floor. They couldn’t cope with LeBron’s power. That’s why he decided to host a minicamp.

After missing the playoffs in his debut season with the Lakers, LeBron decided to focus on team chemistry. He decided to organize a team minicamp prior to the beginning of the regular training camp, so the players can bond and get to know each other on a higher level before they hit the floor.

The Lakers added a bunch of new players, and the Anthony Davis saga changed a lot of things in the organization. The first attempt to sign him ended with a failure, leading to a disappointment and frustration. This destroyed the tiny bit of chemistry in Los Angeles. The Lakers had success in their second attempt, and Davis is officially a Laker.

“Considering how many personnel changes the Lakers have made during the offseason, minicamp could be a good way to get everyone acquainted and get a leg up on the familiarity that is usually built during training camp.

“In addition to acquiring All-Star big man Anthony Davis from the New Orleans Pelicans, the Lakers went wild in free agency, signing DeMarcus Cousins, Danny Green, Jared Dudley, Troy Daniels, Avery Bradley and Quinn Cook.

“They will join holdovers such as James, Kyle Kuzma, Rajon Rondo, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and JaVale McGee.”

LeBron keeps reinventing himself as a basketball player. He is dominant both on and off the floor, and this leadership role is perfect for him. He is determined to turn the Lakers into contenders, and he won’t give up on that goal.

The Lakers couldn’t get Kawhi Leonard, but they don’t really need him. LeBron and Davis create the perfect duo, and they are much stronger than other duos in the league.
