Steph Curry Trolled By Andre Iguodala On Twitter Flips It Into Praise

The Golden State Warriors and Stephen Curry got trolled by former Warrior Andre Iguodala Monday night. The whole thing started when Iguodala posted a video of himself driving a golf ball to Twitter.

“NewProfilePic,” he wrote.

So, what led to this. He changed his profile photo to show something in the background. It was Steph and his squats. People responded to this, and most fans were sad about the fact that Steph and Iguodala are no longer teammates. Iguodala is now part of the Memphis Grizzlies.

“That’s my dawg,” Curry said.

The former teammates like hitting the links. Iguodala always stands by Curry, especially when critics attack him.

“I’ve never seen a guy that’s so humble and has such a great heart receive so much hate,” Iggy said when haters criticized Curry.

“We feel it from the media,” he added. “He’s carrying a whole shoe brand. He’s got his own media company now. He’s doing so many great things.”

This wasn’t the first time Iguodala stepped in defense of Curry.

“I like Steph,” Iguodala said in one of his recent interviews. “He’s a good dude, good guy to be around. That’s really the only reason why I like playing basketball. That’s the only reason why I play.

“I’ve never seen it in a person, such a good person ever get some backlash or whatever from his peers because they’re so jealous of what he has. So, just kind of sticking it to them,” Iguodala said. “Whatever it takes to protect his legacy, I’m all for it.”

Howard University announced that Curry gifted six years worth of funding to the place so they could set the pillars of the Division 1 golf program.

Curry and Iguodala were reunited when they played in the American Century Championship. It was a celebrity-amateur golf tournament held in South Lake Tahoe. Their reunion happened a couple of weeks after the team announced that they were sending Iguodala to the Grizzlies.

At the South Laker Tahoe event, Curry had the best of Iguodala, and finished tied for seventh while the 2015 NBA Finals MVP finished 57th.
