Tom Brady Shares Hot Pictures From Summer Trip To The Bahamas, And There Are Some Gems

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is pretty serious when it comes to his family vacations, and the Bahamas are his favorite destination. The greatest quarterback of all times likes to take his TB12 method to the beaches of the Bahamas. He worked out on the beach in the offseason.

Yes, vacation season is behind the quarterback, but he likes to share a few pics from the great times he had.

Brady shared a few pics from the vacation right before Tuesday’s joint practice with the Detroit Lions.

The author of the Men’s Health article, Ben Court, reports that for the past seven years TB12 has traveled to a remote island in the Bahamas for a “beach boot camp.”

Court had the chance to partake in one of these vacation workouts. He described Brady’s training really easily as he was able to catch balls from the GOAT.

“Catching these bombs is chewing up my forearms,” he admitted, describing how Brady’s arm strength defies age.

Is siesta part of the plan? Of course not. Brady puts on his helmet and pads, and does sand sprints while pulling Alex Guerrero with resistance bands. “I’m more of a thinker, obviously, than a physical specimen,” he said.

According to, TB12 BrainHQ, Brady trains his brain for 15 minutes per day while working on speed and pattern recognition. His program “targets brain speed and accuracy, so quicker and better split-second decisions become instinctual.”

Even in the Bahamas, Brady eats the same foods.  He is having “berry-and-banana smoothies pre-workout; avocado and eggs for breakfast; salads with nuts and fish for lunch; hummus, guacamole, or mixed nuts for snacks; and roasted vegetables and chicken for dinner.”

Well, it’s not like Brady avoids a piece of bacon or pizza at any cost. If he craves a slice, he will sure have on.

TB12 offers a detailed explanation of his life on and off the field.

“There is a comfort in the known, as opposed to being uncomfortable with the unknown,” Brady explained. “There are not many things that I unknow in football. You call the play. I see the defense; I know what to do. Say there’s five guys going on routes. Wherever the defense guards are, I’m going to throw it the opposite way. By the time I have the ball in my hands, I know what I want to do with it.”
