Tom Brady’s Latest Quote Is a Slap In The Face To Almost Every NFL Player

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is the greatest quarterback of all times, and nothing will change it. Is he in the perfect position? You can bet he is. Brady is 42, and he may retire any moment now. His GOAT legacy is secure, but fans believe that he will keep working with head coach Bill Belichick, wideout Julian Edelman, rookie N’Keal Harry and the rest of the guys. TB12 is ready for another Super Bowl win, and his performance is sharper than ever. Will the Patriots have another 13-3 championship game? Yes, they will.

Well, Brady doesn’t really like to brag about his success. He sees himself as a “regular” player, feeling like he may be cut at any moment. That’s what Brady said right after inking $70 million contract extension with the New England Patriots.

It’s the reality for most guys in the NFL. I don’t want to think I’m any different from everyone else. Football’s a tough business. It’s a production business. I’m ready to go this year, and that’s really what matters, and that’s where my focus is. It’s a unique situation I’m in. It’s my 20th year with the same team and I’m 42 years old,” Brady said. “I’m really not worried about it. I’m secure for this year — I think, at least, I got some first-team reps out there.”

Let’s be honest. There’s zero chance that the Patriots cut Brady and bring Brian Hoyer on the field. There’s also zero chance that Brady struggles in camp. The NFL doesn’t consider him too old to play football.

Brady is just trying to relate to the rest of the players in the league. Many players will be cut after their poor weeks of practice. Brady will stay around for a while, and many of the young players will have to go. But, we like how Brady is all modest and humble about his achievement. He has helped the Patriots win six Super Bowl, and there’s enough room for more rings. He will sure like to get a few more. Nine is perfect for s and the rest of the Patriots nation.
