Watch: Steph Curry Pull Out Amazing Moves Against The Top HS Players At His Minicamp

Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry had his SC30 Select Camp in the Bay Area, and he had something to say to the top high school prospects.

The Warrior pulled out the moves for the top players at his camp, and one particular player got his attention.

USA Today’s Andrew Joseph covered one of the hottest points of the game.

“Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry held his SC30 Select Camp in the Bay Area this week, which brought some of the top high school prospects to learn from the two-time MVP.

“As he’s done in past years of the camp, Curry has been known to jump in and participate in the camp scrimmages. And, predictably, he put on a show. But at least one high school star will leave the camp with some ultimate bragging rights.

Chet Holmgren, a 7-foot junior from Minneapolis, found himself in an isolation opportunity against Curry, and he didn’t hesitate to throw some nifty dribbles at the Warriors star and drive by him for a dunk.

“Sure, Curry has never been known as an elite defender (and found himself with a considerable size disadvantage), but he’s still Steph Curry. Holmgren, who is regarded as a top-10 prospect in his class and considering Minnesota, Purdue and Texas, will always be able to say that he crossed over Steph Curry. It doesn’t get much more epic than that for a 16-year-old.”

Curry will have to bear the weight of his team. Klay Thompson is out for the season, and Kevin Durant decided to leave the Warriors. Andre Iguodala is out, too. So, the Warriors will have to build the game around Curry and Draymond Green who signed his contract extension with the franchise.

Head coach Steve Kerr is positive about the whole situation in the Golden State, and he is even optimistic about the upcoming season. Well, some say the Warriors dynasty is over, but Kerr doesn’t agree with these guys.

“This year will be our biggest challenge yet because we’ve lost so many key guys,” he said. “We have a lot of work ahead. It’s a fun challenge.”
