Watch: LeBron James Shows No Signs Of ‘Father Time’ In Video

Lakers star LeBron James proves doubters wrong. His Father Time hasn’t arrived yet, and the king of basketball is about to win a title with the Los Angeles Lakers. That’s what LeBron and his teammates hope for.

In the 2018-19 season, LeBron averaged 27.4 points, 8.5 rebounds, and 8.3 assists per game. Let’s not forget that he played in 55 games due to the horrible groin injury which is his career low. The Lakers missed the playoffs last season, but that won’t happen this time.

Anthony Davis was signed this offseason, and he will be of great help for the team. LeBron has been sharpening his skills this summer, and he is ready to win some games next season.

There’s a video of the team’s practice, and let’s just say that LeBron looks really great. No signs of aging or anything similar. King James looks quick off the dribble, and his shot is super strong.

His teammates have improved a lot, too. Lakers guard Alex Caruso says he is ready to become LeBron’s co-star next season. He has developed a really good chemistry with LeBron, and they look like a perfect tandem.

“I think me and him can tag along in the same aspect. We both understand how to play and we read off each other pretty well,” Caruso said.

Davis talked about his role on the team and that LeBron wants him to be the focal point of the team.

“I’ve kind of been a focal-point player my whole career, especially in New Orleans. But first off, to have a guy like LeBron, someone of his caliber, go tell management and ownership and the coaches that he wants me to be the focal point is an honor,” Davis told Yahoo Sports. “I know what comes with that, and that’s a lot of heavy lifting. I want to be able to do that. I think I have the capabilities of doing that. And obviously with the team’s support, it’s going to be a lot easier on me. We have a great team.”

Davis said the team will work more on defense next season.
