Nate Ebner Recruits Tom Brady To Salute U.S. Rugby Team Ahead Of World Cup

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady knows how to make people talk one way or another. The quarterback caused a situation in the United States rugby community last week. Brady appeared in a video and used the opportunity to with South Africa’s team, the Springbocks, a lot of luck in the 2019 Rugby World Cup. The World Cup kicked off last Friday in Japan, and Brady roots for this team. Well, a lot of rugby fans reminded him that the US has a team competing, too. There were many current and former players who called out Brady. Nate Ebner is here to sort things out.

The Patriots special teamer and rugby sevens Olympian promised to fix the situation and brought Brady back on the right side.

“He must’ve thought this video was for cricket or something… sorry he went to michigan. I’ll get him straight. We see you tho Eagles!! Make some noise so Tom can hear you!!!” he responded.

Five days later, Brady joined Ebner in a video and shared words of encouragement on the eve of the American’s first World Cup game.

What’s up, fellas?” Brady said. “Good luck to you guys. We’re cheering you on. Hey, it’s a tough journey, but if anyone can do it, you guys can. We support you, we love you and we’ve got your back.”

The US is currently ranked 13th in the world after players won six of the first eight test matches in 2019. They play England on Friday 6:45 ET before playing France, Argentina and Tonga.

The Eagles have improved a lot since their winless appearance at the 2015 World Cup. They got into the Group of Death in this year’s cup. England is No. 3, France is No. 7 and Argentina is No. 10. They all rank in the top 10 worldwide and have huge rugby history.

Brady is playing his best football in the NFL. His team won the first three games of the regular season, and they are on to the Buffalo Bills. The Bills are really strong, but the Patriots are used to great challenge. They can handle everything.
