Watch: Patriots Locker Room Celebration After Dominant Win Over Dolphins

The New England Patriots know how to throw a good locker room celebration. They were great in Miami, and Antonio Brown was a nice fit for the team. Although head coach Bill Belichick says there’s always room for improvement, we believe that the players had an excellent game.

“All right. I thought it was a good – I thought our team gave a good effort today,” the head coach said in the postgame press conference. “Obviously, Miami was ready to go and they gave us some problems early but we were able to work through that and played 60 minutes and finished the game. I’m proud of our team for doing that. It’s Game 2 – (we have a) long way to go, so we have a lot of work to do. We’ll just get back at it and start getting ready for the Jets.”

Belichick didn’t fail to mention that his offense needs to work more. He talked about the challenges they have this season.

“Yeah, it’s a real challenge there. Marshall (Newhouse) and Korey (Cunningham) really stepped up and that’s what we have depth for. We had to use it today. It was a tough day out there but they battled through it.”

Belichick praised his way in his unique way.

“We held up okay. I think there’s certainly room for improvement, but we competed for 60 minutes. We have good depth and we used it a lot, especially on defense. All of those guys got a decent number of snaps.”

Quarterback Tom Brady talked to media members about his play with Brown.

“Yeah, it was a good start. I was just trying to find an open guy and he was snapping off some routes and did a great job. It was good to find him. Everyone contributed. The defense played great as they have been doing so it was a good win. Any time you win on the road and division, it’s good, especially here because it’s been a challenge for us over the years. But it’s good to be 2-0.”

The Patriots are off to another win. They are playing the Jets next week.
