Watch: Tom Brady Delivers Absolutely Perfect 58-Yard TD Pass To Dorsett

Phillip Dorsett and Tom Brady clicked in the season opener against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Brady’s pass ended up with a 58-yard touchdown, and it’s Dorsett’s second score of the game. These 95 receiving yards are a new career high. The Patriots are 27-3, and we can say this game is a win.

The Patriots needed Dorsett’s skills, and decided to re-sign him. He isn’t going anywhere.

I love it here. For me to get traded again, it would’ve been tough,” Dorsett said a few months ago. “I would’ve been a little shook, but like I said, I’m here. I’m just thankful I’m still here. I’m giving this team everything I’ve got every day on the practice field, and whatever they ask me to do, I do.”

It was a tricky process for the player, but everything turned well. Head coach Bill Belichick wanted him alongside Tom Brady, and yes, it was a really smart decision. Belichick has the winning formula, and Dorsett is definitely a part of it.

“I’ve never been through this process. I don’t know what the future holds for me,” Dorsett said earlier this month. “I believe [Bill Belichick] wants me back, but you never know how it will go. Obviously, I want to be a key contributor for a team — a starter, that’s always been my goal, a guy that can help a team win. I enjoy going out there, working hard, and just playing football. I love the game. It’s the only thing I want to do.”

The Patriots rely on Dorsett, and he is a key contributor for the team. Being a starter has always been his goal, and it’s more than obvious that he can help the team score.

Josh Gordon is back in the game, and he scored the first touchdown for the Patriots this season. The Patriots are really strong, and the Steelers had no chance against them.

There’s still much time left of the game, but we can already say that Tom Brady and his team are winning this match. Let’s see what happens in the final quarter of the season opener.
